We can definitely continue to improve how we manage the YouTube platform… I see how much improvement we've already made…If you look back 2 years, there were a lot of articles about how we handled violent extremism… if you talk to experts in this field today, you can see we've made tremendous progress. We are an information company - we committed last year to having >10,000 people moderating content… I see how much progress we've already made. We just made changes to our recommendation algorithms for borderline content & we've announced we've seen a 50% reduction in the views coming from recommendations on that content. If you combine much better policies with technology to do that at scale, I think you can be at a much better place.
