2 Is it hard to be parent in tech? Women and men disagree (a lot). 2/3 of male founders say that tech companies are inclusive for parents. Yet only 1/3 of female founders feel the same. Women were also twice as likely to report investor bias against founders who are pregnant or have children. We were heartened to see that 75% of respondents offer work-from-home benefits. But there's plenty of room for improvement in resources for new parents: 65% of founders say they have no dedicated space for nursing mothers, while 90% fail to offer childcare support, credits or programs.
